Kota Bambu Selatan Urban Village Secretary, Kalam Sudin, said his side constructs 160 square meter waste processing site on land owned by Jakarta Community Housing and Residential Agency.

"It is our effort to process organic waste that will be run by PPSU personnel," he said, Thursday (11/7).

He added that waste processing is carried out starting from recycling organic waste such as leaves, dry tree branches, reeds and so on. Then continued with composting various types of waste that will be fermented into eco enzymes.

"This waste processing facility can produce liquid fertilizer for plants and reduce volume of waste dumped at Bantargebang Dump Site," he stated.
